Established in September 2007, F2 is headquartered in Largo, Maryland. F2 is led by its President Mr. Lynn Leeks, who brings more than 20 years of IT training, management, and implementation experience working in the areas of grants management and conferencing. F2's staff is comprised of Corporate Monitors, Project Directors, Project Managers, Conference/Meeting Planners, Grant Specialists/Technicians, Network Support/Web Developers, and Onsite Program Assistants/Specialists. F2 Solutions, LLC (F2) is an experienced consulting, technology, and management services provider focused on developing and executing innovative and efficient solutions for its private sector, nonprofit, and Federal Government clients. F2's customers are primarily organizations that provide funding and services to traditionally underserved persons, including low-income individuals, women, children, and minorities. Since its inception, F2 has targeted the Federal marketplace as an area where it can bridge the divide between offices and programs that provide health and human services to vulnerable populations and the recipients of their services. F2's successful track record regarding contract performance is the result of a corporately-driven expectation of excellence that is fulfilled by all F2 staff. F2 is a certified 8(a) company (a minority owned, small disadvantaged business) headquartered in Largo, Maryland approximately one half mile from the Largo Metro Station. F2 maintains 7,500 square feet of office space, along with a full complement of equipment/facilities and standardized procedures and protocols to successfully implement project scopes. Work is accomplished through F2's four primary lines of business: Grant/Peer Review, Conference/Event Management, IT Solutions, and Ancillary Supports.
