Fairbank Equipment
Fairbank Equipment was founded in 1946 by Joe Fairbank to supply propane equipment to the oilfield and agricultural industries. The first facility was located in Wichita, Kansas. In 1970, Joe sold the business to his daughter and son-in-law, Florene and Bill Wray, who almost immediately decided to expand into the fertilizer application equipment business. Fairbank Equipment was one of the first dealers of Willmar Spreaders and expanded into the ammonia equipment and self-propelled sprayer business. In 1989 Fairbank Equipment opened its first branch operation in Grand Island, Nebraska and has since added locations in Yankton, South Dakota and Chandler, Oklahoma. Fairbank Equipment is proud to service customers from Texas to North Dakota and from Colorado to Missouri. The cornerstone for the growth of the company is the commitment of every employee to provide exceptional service, product knowledge and same day shipping.
