Fairmile West is a strategy and technical consultancy focused on Video Services and Consumer Devices, founded in 2012 as part of a larger company that provided services for French high technology industries, but taken independent and outside of France in the Summer of 2013 by Ian Nock. We work with clients on all aspects of their products, from concept to consumer. Offering decades of expertise right from the early days of digital TV through to the latest UltraHD and TV everywhere video solutions, our clients can benefit from our innovation and high quality delivery. Now led by the management team of Ian Nock and Nuno Amorim, we target two key practice areas of Video Services and Consumer Device s and focus on servicing the needs of startups and established companies launching consumer services and new consumption devices in cable, satellite, IPTV and OTT. Our current client base includes major Tier 1 multi-country Cable MSOs, Telecoms Operators and Device Vendors and it takes a great interest in fostering innovation and technology development and is an active participant in industry forums such as the UltraHD Forum and standardisation bodies that are defining the future of the video space.
