Fairoak Foods is a private label manufacturer of high-quality chilled food. Operating from our purpose built BRC-accredited nut-free kitchen factory in Woking, Surrey we are proud to be a key partner for acclaimed retail brands, supermarket own label brands and premium high street restaurant brands across the UK. Our core chilled range includes deliciously nutritious soups, fresh cooking sauces, slow-cooked ragu & complex stews, rich gravies and creamy mash and we have also recently expanded into a range of ambient and frozen pastry products. We also produce a range of free-from and vegan products. Our tailored product range is developed to each client's bespoke requirements by our chef-led development team, working closely with carefully selected suppliers to develop recipes that use the highest quality ingredients as cost-effectively as possible and unquestionably deliver our clients' briefs. We are also able to match back recipes where a product is already in production elsewhere, often improving the product in the process. Our aim is to bridge the gap between the chef's stove and mass manufacturing; whilst ensuring that rigorous BRC technical standards ensure food safety and consistently excellent quality. Our products often involve multi-component cooking to deliver the best flavours, colours and textures possible. We make-to-order on a 'Just in Time' basis and plan our production schedules to ensure that the food arriving at the end-consumer is as fresh as possible with maximum life in-store.
