Fairview Baptist Church

Fairview Baptist Church strives to provide a safe and nurturing environment where your preschooler will be loved. We will encourage a love for God's Word and a desire to relate to God through the Bible, prayer, and praise. We will teach preschoolers that sharing God's love with others is important. We will view each preschooler, and help them view themselves, as a special and unique creation of God loved unconditionally by Him. We will strive to ensure sound Biblical teaching through Godly role models as teachers. We will train children to work well with others by being obedient and demonstrating gentleness, kindness, and self-control. We will provide enjoyable activities that give preschoolers opportunities for developing friendships with other preschoolers and adults. Fairview Baptist Church offers Extended Session during worship services for preschoolers from birth through 3 years of age. We have a new preschool ministry at Fairview. Worship Kidstyle is offered during the morning worship time for those in the 4 year old and Kindergarten Sunday School class. Three's and under will remain in Extended Session for the church year. Three year olds will not go to Worship Kidstyle until they turn 4, they will remain in Extended Session. Worship Kidstyle is offered during September-November and January-May. Parents will continue to pick up their children after Sunday School and go to the morning worship service. This will give you as a family time for worship through music. During the service, it will be announced that it is time for Kids Church. The preschoolers will go with the Worship Kidstyle leaders for a time of worship "Kidstyle". The location for Kids Church is upstairs in the Fellowship Hall Building. Parents will pick up their Worship Kidstyle preschoolers after the morning worship service in their regular Sunday School rooms. The directors for this ministry are Kellie Nickels, Lauren Townsend, and Erica Lewis.
