Family Connect Care, LLC has been helping families face all these concerns since 2008. Our staff will help you assess the situation. We will help you review current living conditions, the interactions with the medical team, evaluation of care needs, and include opportunities for stimulation to help your loved one thrive, whether it is at home with care tools, or with residential placement. Our care providers have the training and education to offer you and your loved one the proper means to thrive in this new stage of life. We work with the "Chronologically Gifted" and their families to enhance quality of life, encourage independence, and assure a safe and supportive living environment that offers peace of mind.
