About Family Recovery Center: Family Recovery Center is a non-profit behavioral health treatment center serving the residents of Columbiana County and Jefferson County. Outpatient services, including assessment, individual and group counseling, medication assisted treatment and intensive outpatient treatment, are offered at sites in Lisbon, East Liverpool, Salem, and Steubenville. The agency's committed team of professionals are dedicated to maintaining your health and well-being. FRC offers fully accredited addiction and mental health services as well as prevention education in county schools and throughout the community.
