About Farm.One Farm.One was founded in 2016 by multi-time entrepreneur, Rob Laing, with a mission to surprise and delight with fresh, local, specialty ingredients grown at innovative farms around the world. Farm.One saw an opportunity to bring distributed, vertical farming into the heart of cities to supply restaurants and home cooks with consistent, delicious and clean produce of the highest quality year round, and create unique farm experiences and classes for the community. Today, Farm.One operates multiple farms in New York City and is expanding around the world.
