Fasco utilizes PPAP, Control Plans and APQP, as well as other tools to understand requirements and develop a specific quality plan to satisfy them. We emphasize lot control because of the many processes we manage. Containment practices (including high speed vision inspection) are often effective in delivering the quality that is required for automated assembly. Our quality lab uses precision inspection equipment that is traceable to NIST and is calibrated on a scheduled basis. We use an A2LA-certified independent lab for metallurgy and other specialized services.
