Firstly the constant need to keep all members fully updated with the required skills and techniques to ensure we offer only the very best tailored solutions to our clients. In addition to this crucial role we have a development training program to ensure that new consultants and entrants to the sector are equipped with the knowledge and techniques to ensure we offer only the very best service. Training is conducted using both internal and external trainers. As a group, we can attract presentations by some of the most sought after speakers in the industry. Our internal trainers have experience within the wider industry and many have held training roles prior to joining FCG. No one program fits all and so annual assessments are carried out on all staff to ensure any additional training needs are met.
