FDM Contracting

Established in 1975 FDM Contracting was founded by Donato (Danny) Fantini. FDM began by doing concrete work (sidewalks, curbs) & repairing hydrants & broken watermains and quickly grew by building long term relationships with its client and providing exceptional service. In 1989 Dave Fantini joined the company as a partner and followed by, Lori, & Mike Fantini in 1993 whom also became partners in the company and helped to continued the growth of the company from repairing watermains to installation and additional services. Over the next few years FDM Contracting continued the growth trend to services many municipalities like the City of Markham, City of Toronto, Town of Richmond Hill, Town of Newmarket, Town of Aurora, Town of East Gwillimbury, Town of Georgina, York Region, Peel Region, Durham Region. FDM also serviced many private sector clients include: Hospitals, Churches, Condos, Plaza's, Office buildings. From the earliest beginnings of only a few pieces of machinery and service trucks, FDM now has a full fleet of equipment and the technical skills to complete any job large or small. The Fantini family has not forgotten their roots and where they started from and continues to this day by giving back to the communities that has been instrumental in helping to grow the business over the years. FDM supports many worthy causes within the community, from restoring the historic Calvert House to organizing and sponsoring golf tournaments.
