After college, Mr. Ferenchick attended Florida Coastal School of Law and upon graduation moved to Pensacola, Florida where he began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for State Attorney's Office for the 1st Judicial Circuit. As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Ferenchick gained valuable trial experience prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes have tried close to 30 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Ferenchick moved to Cairo, Georgia in 2014 where he worked as an associate for The Law Office of Kevin S. Cauley, LLC until 2018 when he opened his own practice. Mr. Ferenchick currently serves as counsel for the City of Whigham and was elected Solicitor General for Grady County in 2018. His legal practice is focused on real estate, wills, probate, corporate law, and civil litigation.
