Royal Fernwood Porcelain Limited (RFPL) was established in 1994 with the sole aim of producing very high quality Porcelain Tableware for the export market. Since then, RFPL has grown to becomeone of the globally most sought after producers of Porcelain . Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, situated in Kosgama, 45km east of Colombo , covers a floor area of appx. 15,000 sq. meters. With a monthly production capacity of over 700,000 pieces, RFPL currently enjoys exporting its products to 35 countries. An ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 certified company, Royal Fernwood Porcelain Limited has won a range of awards including, most recently, the gold award for the most outstanding exporter - industry sector and the gold award for the best Sri Lankan brand exporter conducted by the National Chamber of Exporters, Sri Lanka . RFPL emerged winners at the National Quality Awards 2004, based on the US Malcom Baldrige Awards Criteria and also the National Productivity Award. RFPL also has its own fully owned decal subsidiary company, Lanka Decals (Pvt) Limited, which is the only plant of its kind in the Asian region. The most advanced equipment is used to produce the highest quality ceramic decals not only for Porcelain, but also for other ceramic products such as Bone China, Stoneware and Earthenware. This facility has allowed RFPL to come up with some of the most innovative and popular designs to take the global Porcelain Market by storm in the recent past.
