Fiberteq is a limited liability corporation with one manufacturing facility and is headquartered in Danville, Illinois. Fiberteq is a joint venture whose ownership is comprised of an equal-share partnership between its two co-owners: Owens-Corning (Headquartered in Toledo, Ohio) and IKO, Inc (Headquartered in Toronto, Canada). Fiberteq produces the highest quality wet-formed fiberglass mat in the roofing industry at its Danville facility and provides this material to roofing mills operated by its owners all over the United States, Canada, and Europe. The fiberglass-mat product is used in roofing materials such as fiberglass shingles and commercial roofing materials.
