The following system features are currently under development and will be made available to our customers in the near future: System generated make and buy recommendations: Utilizing user provided parameters centering on safety stock, economic run quantity, and projected demand, the system will recommend MRP-based raw material purchases and production shop orders for consideration by Scheduling. Web-based customer relationship management and workflow automation : Fidelis is currently developing a web-based extension to Steel Viking that will enable clients to automate sales and customer service functions, including the flexible creation of automated workflows the ensure appropriate follow up. This function can be extended to internal employees or to sales reps in the field. SV will be further enhanced as dictated by industry needs and the requests of our customers.
