Fielding's Wood Grill
Attention to detail and a commitment to fresh, local food makes the Fielding's Local Kitchen+Bar the American grill and steakhouse in the Woodlands you'll want to visit again and again. We stand out among Tomball restaurants because when we say local, we mean business: we source our products from 44 Farms, Houston Dairymaids, the Mill King Family Creamery, Fitzgerald Farms, and small wineries & craft breweries from around the country. We're unique among upscale restaurants because we hand cut our own steaks, dry-age our own beef, make our own pasta, and bake our own breads and pastries every day. We care about sustainability, so we've built our restaurant using as many re-purposed and energy efficient materials as possible. The main wood is reclaimed Douglas fir. Part of the bar is made of reclaimed white washed wood. All the booths and bar stools contain recycled leather. The warm lighting above your table comes from LEDs, and the AC that keeps you cool is the most environmentally friendly we could find. We use good old fashioned wood to power our stoves, and have added a custom water filtration system for cooking and drinking water.
