Filmocracy is a gamified video streaming service that incentivizes users to watch, rate, and invest in films. We are evolving subscription video consumption into a gamified collaborative social netwo...rk. Filmocracy will engage users in a network as opposed to treating them as consumers of a service. Instead of flooding users with $12 billion of programming of mixed quality, Filmocracy will introduce a gamifed interface, social film viewing, financial rewards for rating films accurately, and a simple way to invest in film and share in the profits. By incentivizing users to rate films accurately, films are organically marketed and save the user’s time and reduces frustration.
