FINDING FITNESS

We provide a vast array of programmes including before school clubs, after school clubs, lunchtime clubs, adult and community based activities, PE lessons, including the training of school staff, and school holiday coaching programmes. All activities are delivered by qualified and experienced primary school sports coaches who hold level 2 or 3 NGB qualifications, DBS checks, first aid training, safeguarding training and public liability insurance. We treat each school individually, and follow school policies closely to ensure high standards in behaviour and teaching are met. We believe strongly in individual learning. Children are able to operate at a speed and level that is appropriate to them. This ensures that every child progresses and reaches their sporting potential. Who we are
