By 2000, Finite was already a preferred supplier to the NSW Government and winning major business with financial services employers. Business has consistently grown year-on-year since then, even in challenging economic conditions. Spotting further gaps in the market, Finite launched a professional services company, FinXL IT, in 2003 and a dedicated executive recruitment division, FinXEC IT Executive Recruitment in 2006. Along the way, Finite has selectively acquired boutique IT recruitment firms with complementary services. Finite was also the launch partner for the iProfile CV tool into the Australian market.
