Clients approve all statements before they are placed into production with our statement vendors. Since all money goes to our clients, we work with clients to ensure that all mail and money go through their lockboxes. After implementation, we work closely with our clients to review performance and processes to ensure that our programs are meeting or exceeding our clients' expectations. Do you have a call center or representatives in my state/region? While our call center is located in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC we have employees stationed at virtually every client site to ensure the success of our programs. Our software allows us to monitor the performance of all production staff whether they are in our operations center or in the field to ensure that all employees are providing the expected level of service. How will I be updated about performance or account level activity? We update our clients constantly through real time and periodic reports designed to measure relevant key performance indicators. Our reports are customizable and can dive deep into the data. On an account level, we routinely upload our activity notes into our clients' systems on a daily basis. Our billing department personnel enter notes directly into our clients' systems as they work accounts. What system do you use to process accounts? We use Ontario Systems receivables platform. This system has the flexibility, scalability and capability to allow us to build and manage solutions that outperform our competitors. Are you familiar with my accounts receivable system? We work with clients who use a variety of systems. Over the years, interacting with hospital and physician billing systems has become much easier.
