Fireglass Direct have been in business since 2004, during this time we have developed a reputation as a supplier of pioneering specialist glazing. Building on our reputation for technical excellence, Fireglass Direct nurture collaborative relationships with our customers so as to understand their constraints and be able to exceed their expectation and demands. We are unique in our approach as a manufacturer, as we are a one stop shop for design, measure, supply and fit or deliver of all our products. Since our inception we have continuously invested in the expansion of our factory, processing machinery, and staff. From our base in Castledawson NI our departmental approach allows us to handle enquires regardless of size with matchless attention. Innovation has been the key to the culture within Fire Glass Direct since we began trading. For this reason, we quickly became the market leader in fire and safety glass distribution as well as in office partitions specializing in the supply and installation of glazing for architects and clients' specifications. This resulted in our team having a clear understanding of customer need and the importance of relationship management which has helped us develop new products and secure future growth in the current economic conditions. All glass is cut in-house, supplied and installed by highly skilled fitters, employing critical risk assessment for a safe and sustainable environment and reducing any concerns of our customers or any impact on the public during construction. We have achieved Safe-T-Cert accreditation and Construction Line demonstrating our commitment to this field and have an excellent safety record. Since 2010, as part of our drive for continuous improvement, we have invested over £1 million, in our company's knowledge, capability, processes and equipment to help us develop diversification niches which were subsequently revolutionary in the health care sector. In partnership with the University of Ulster and Invest NI, Fire Glass Direct have developed and now manufacture and install a patented isolation and contamination Control Suite in glass. Our product allows the isolation suites to be easy cleaned, provide complete patient visibility for nursing staff and incorporates a dedicated air handling system to adjust the atmospheric pressure from plus to minus 50 pascals of positive and negative pressure depending on whether the unit has to contain an infection or prohibit an infection from entering the unit. The knowledge and experience gained from developing our new products has shaped us into an infection control solution provider to architects, contractors and commissioners undertaking work in the healthcare sector.
