Guardian offers a listing and labeling program for your products. We also have a Specialty Door program for oversized or "one of a kind" fire door assemblies. Guardian's field labeling service for on-site re-labeling of fire doors and frames is accepted by Authorities Having Jurisdiction and the Joint Commission. Guardian can provide 3rd party factory inspection services. Guardian Fire Testing Laboratories, Inc. is accredited to: ISO 17025 as a fire testing laboratory; ISO 17020 as an Inspection Agency through ANAB/ANSI/ASQ/NATIONAL ACCREDITATION BOARD. ANAB, our Accreditation Body (AB), is a signatory member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation's (ILAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) and of the Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation's MRA. These Arrangements ensure that signatory members recognize each other's Accreditations. Recognition of the Guardian mark on an international scale takes place because Guardian is accredited by an MRA signatory member. ANAB, as an AB, also is a signatory member of the International Accreditation Forum's (IAF) Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (MLA) This ensures mutual recognition of the Certification programs accredited to ISO 17065 among the signatory ABs to the IAF MLA. Acceptance in world markets of accredited Certification Bodies (CBs) such as Guardian, is based on the IAF accreditations of the AB signatory members of the MLA. Accreditations granted by IAF MLA signatories are recognized worldwide based on their equivalent accreditation programs, therefore reducing costs and adding value to business and consumers. Accreditation Body members of IAF, such as ANAB are admitted to the MLA only after stringent evaluation of their operations by a peer evaluation team.
