First-Tech Engineering Limited was founded in 1994 with the immense opportunities in maintenance and periodic test of electrical installation when the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region introduced the Electricity Ordinance 1990. The initial development formed First-Tech professional in the periodic test of High Voltage and Low Voltage electrical installation. With but expanded rapidly in term of scale and complexity. With ample of experienced and registered engineers / technicians, the main line of businesses for First-Tech is: Periodic test and maintenance of H.V. and L.V. installation in accordance with the requirement of the Electricity Ordinance; Design, supply, install, test and commission the electric power distribution system, building service installation; Diagnostic testing and trouble shooting on all electrical equipment and system; Installation contracting in electrical, electronic and telecommunication project. Respond immediately to emergencies resulting from fire, flashover, flood, etc; Provide electrical testing, measurement and training services. Through accumulated years of experience; renewal and increase of tools and instruments; reinforce and upgrade the technical and engineering staffs, we decided to expand and participate in larger infrastructure development in Hong Kong. Eventually, First-Tech shall become a backbone engineering company with good reputation in Hong Kong.
