The Fischer Group

Established in 1982, The Fischer Group provides sales and support to the commercial foodservice market. The main office and culinary center, Bistro 1636, are located in Orange, California with remote offices in San Diego and Las Vegas, Nevada. Skilled staff includes an installation team, customer service, along with inside and outside sales teams. The sales force has expertise in several foodservice areas, including CFSP and HACCP, corporate chain operations and engineering, along with a corporate chef to assist in product development and application.
