FITec has been hiring over the past few years newly graduated professionals in the Electrical and Electronical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Design and Production Engineering areas. They are allocated in high-complexity projects and, working together with professionals who are highly experienced and who are part of the former entity's core, have the opportunity of complementing their professional training and executing their technical skills fully. Overall, there are 300 qualified professionals, as PhD, Master, postgraduate, graduate and technician. The project managers are PMP certified. Our employees have worked on more than 500 R&D projects, developed more than 15 million lines of code and projected over 200 electronical equipment, since 1997, when the company started. It also created solutions installed in more than 25 countries. Besides, there is a vast history of successful cases of product development in the Telecommunications, Informatics, electric power and automation areas. The head office is located in Recife, in Brazil, and its branches, in Campinas, Belo Horizonte and São José dos Campos. The company owns software and hardware laboratories and equipment certification laboratories.
