Fitness Energy

At Fitness Energy we are keen to help you get started with your health goals. We offer a free intial assessment session where we discuss your personal fitness and health requirements and develop a program that is rewarding and will help you achieve the results you are after. We work with Adults and Students (12yo) and Seniors. We have weight loss programs, rehabilitation and strengthening sessions, sports development and specialised event training plans. Unlike other gyms and studios, at Fitness Energy all our trainers are highly qualified. All trainers regularly update their knowledge and skills so we know that we provide our clients with safe yet challenging programs.
