Fitness Playground HK

Fitness Playground HK was created as a outdoor recreational pastime within our close friends and families. As a team of brothers who share the same passion and ambitions towards leading a healthy lifestyle, we aspire to make a positive impact by sharing the unique benefits of CrossFit training to the Hong Kong community. We first started in our living room, until one day, out of spontaneity, we decided to move our training to the nearest playground, hence the inspiration behind "Fitness Playground". With this notion of outdoor fitness, we took CrossFit training to public parks, such as Victoria Park, Shatin Park, and Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park. During this time, we've also hosted outdoor fitness events and collaborated with other CrossFit affiliations such as CrossFit852 in promoting Hong Kong's CrossFit community. Today, with the support of our ever-expanding Fitness Playground community, we're proud to offer our premium and customized training programs at our official facility in Kowloon Bay.
