We approach fitness from a medical standpoint and make sure all clients receive an in depth assessment and fitness testing when necessary. With her Masters in clinical and mental health counseling, the co-owner, Tracy Cooper, has set a strong foundation for what positive counseling services should be. Her 7 years experience has helped her to understand the many issues that all kinds of people face.
