Zhangjiagang Sanlin Flange Forging Co., Ltd., founded in 2003, has developed into a large-scale enterprise with diversified products and strong strength. Covering a floor area of 80,000 square meters and a building area of 65,000 square meters, our company has 300 staff, including 210 with junior college degree or above. With the development of China's wind power industry, we expanded our wind power flange and shaft bases in 2006. We are mainly engaged in wind generator shafts, wind power tower flanges, Austenite/Martensite stainless steel high pressure flanges, steel flanges and ring forging parts with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons. Equipped with first-class D53K-6300 NC ring reciprocating mills, 4,000-ton hydraulic presses and 10-meter vertical lathes, we can individually complete all processes from blanking to ring rolling, tempering (thermal refining), machining, detecting and testing. The maximum diameter of our tower flange is 6.3 meter, piece weight of generator shaft 10 tons and weight of ring forging part 15 tons. Our manufacturing level is topping first among the same industry.
