Flannery Georgalis is a boutique law firm formed in 2017 by former federal prosecutors, Paul Flannery and Chris Georgalis. The firm has experienced prominent growth over the past two years by providing the highest quality litigating, investigating and advocating on behalf of our clients. While we focus on complex criminal defense and corporate internal investigations, our experience ranges across a wide variety of highly sensitive matters, including SEC enforcement matters, professional disciplinary investigations, regulatory defense actions, professional licensure disputes and business fraud disputes. Our professionals regularly appear in state and federal courts across the country, and represent individuals and companies before prosecuting and regulatory enforcement agencies such as the Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, various U.S. Attorney's Offices and State Attorney General Offices across the country. Flannery Georgalis is actively considering applications for partner positions, mid-level and junior-level associates, and investigators. Applicants should have strong academic credentials, well developed writing skills, and proven work experience in a complex litigation firm or department or governmental agency. For partner positions, competitive candidates will have experience leading complex investigations and prosecutions, including federal or state prosecutor experience, or regulatory enforcement experience. For associate positions, judicial clerkship experience is highly valued. For investigator positions, competitive candidates will have significant years of experience in law enforcement investigating complex criminal matters. We also value fluency in other languages as we are regularly engaged in international matters.
