Flare Well Testers, Inc is committed to the following practices: Safety It is our policy to manage and conduct business operations in a manner that offers maximum protection to each and every employee and any other person that may be affected by our business operations. It is our absolute conviction that we have the responsibility for providing a safe and healthful work environment for our employees and others that may be affected as we conduct our business. The company provides initial and continuous safety training courses along with any and all job site specific training programs. Flare Well Testers, Inc does this in order to meet customer requirements and to remain in compliance with industry safety standards. Our worksite personnel ("Test Specialist") have completed background and Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks, and have also participated in the company's substance abuse program. This includes initial, post-accident and random drug testing. We will make every effort to provide a working environment that is free from any recognized or potential hazard. We recognize that the success of a safety and health program is contingent and dependent upon support and involvement from management and all employees of the company.
