Florida Resident Owned Communities

Florida Resident Owned Communities, Inc. (FLAROC) was founded when several local resident owned manufactured home community groups joined together to establish a statewide organization. FLAROC is devoted to supporting and advocating for the benefit of resident owned manufactured home communities, those who serve on the boards of directors of these communities, and those people who enjoy the lifestyle that these communities offer. FLAROC is exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.
