The company has been created as very much a family-owned and family-run business with the traditional values of producing quality products and providing a quality service to our customers. We see our customers as partners and our aim is to work together for the good of both parties in the promotion and ongoing success of our businesses. We have a policy of encouraging advancement for all our staff by means of education and training, both in-house and on external courses. An example of this ethos can be seen in our team leaders who have a range of experience and qualifications including Food Safety, Allergen Awareness, HACCP, Health and Safety and Manual Handling. All our staff are continuing to improve their knowledge on an on going basis.
