FEC Technical Resources offers a full range of recruiting and perm placement services. When we begin the initial search for qualified candidates, we assign a recruiter to work on a specific requirement in order to empower the recruiter and provide a sense of ownership. We get a detailed description of what each client needs and then we begin our search process. Once a candidate is identified, we process at least three supervisor level references to verify the candidates skill level versus the job description. At this point we send over our best possible candidate for the job. We are able to provide our recruiting services with a variety of different options, including: contract, temp to perm, and perm placement. Our flexibility allows our clients flexibility when thety need to expand or contract their work force. It's simple, you tell us what you want and we will cater our service to best fit your needs.
