Flightright

Flightright is the leading consumer portal on the market for enforcing air passenger rights. We enforce the rights of passengers affected by flight delays, cancellations and denied boarding based on the European Union's Air Passenger Rights Regulation 261/2004. We have already secured a total of more than EUR 350 million for our customers to date. In the digital landscape, our services are considered to be "legal tech" or "justice as a service". Flightright was set up in early 2010 by Dr Sven Bode and Dr Philipp Kadelbach. Sebastian Legler manages Flightright along with Dr Philipp Kadelbach.
