Florasearch is the oldest name in key employee search for the greater horticulture/green industry. Founded in 1983, Florasearch is the only industry search firm endorsed by the National Association of Executive Recruiters. As a matter of policy, we do not post the names and pictures of our account executives, researchers, talent scouts, or administrative staff.
