We have in each and every villa a comprehensive information folder, full of helpful and useful hints, for both the villa and surrounding areas. We personally register guests, ( we find this an excellent benefit to both home owners and guests alike. Being able to answers guests questions and also at the same time taking a security deposit (card imprint), to be used in the unlikely event of any damage. It is our experience that guests very much appreciate the visit, (knowing that someone is on hand for them and not just a distant, anonymous answer phone....leave a message voice).
