Frankel Loughran Starr & Vallone LLP (FLSV), an accounting, tax advisory and compliance firm focused primarily in the financial services industry, was formed in 1995 by senior professionals from Ernst and Young and Morgan Stanley. In 2009, FLSV teamed up with the former CFO of Morgan Stanleys Private Equity businesses, to run FLSV Fund Administration Services (FLSV FAS) providing high end fund services from pre launch through liquidation.
