At FIUK we focus highly on the quality of our products and the products that we are supplied. So much so that we manage the quality of all our eleven tier two suppliers. One of FIUK's primary objectives is to supply our customer with zero defect products. To ensure this we have quality engineers that are trained to perform rigorous checks and implement effective countermeasures if required. Since opening in August 2005 FIUK's quality performance has increased by 74%. FIUK have been BSI registered with an ISO TS16949 certification since July 2011. The certification is awarded for the development of a quality management system that provides for continual improvement, emphasizing defect prevention and the reduction of variation and waste in the supply chain. TS16949 applies to the design, development and production of automotive related products.
