Foden Estates is a property development and investment company, working in all sectors of the property market (industrial, retail, office and residential). We are predominately based in the Warrington area, with concentrations of property in areas such as Widnes, Stockton Heath, Latchford, Lymm and Winwick Road (A49). Founded 30 years ago, by Robert, the company's roots were formed in the residential market, though in the last 15 years, we have shifted towards the commercial sector. The portfolio now houses tenants such as Sainsbury's, Nando's, Co-operative, Betfred and Topps Tiles to name but a few.
