We help companies acquire and engage customers online, by showing how other companies do it succesfully. We created Follow because we wanted to save the amount of time it took us to do competitive research on a monthly basis. We found that many of the items we routinely checked on could be done programmatically with software. We initially built our Follow for our initial needs, which was to create a dashboard that'd help us keep a monthly tab on what our competitors were doing differently each month. We found the tool extremely useful so we decided to create a company around it; we named it Follow because it symbolizes perfectly what we do. Our mission is to help companies follow what their competitors' do online.
