FACS was founded in 1986. The company specializes in environmental hazards consulting, risk prevention, risk management, and litigation support in situations where human health is a concern. FACS maintains offices in four regions of the United States: Pacific Northwest, Southwest, Southeast, and Midwest. With the acquisition of the much-respected Hazard Management Services, Inc. (established 1984), FACS has expanded its environmental consulting capabilities and added customized hazmat training for asbestos, lead, mold, and other hazardous materials. HMS trainers are certified by the EPA and Cal/OSHA to provide instruction in a variety of asbestos and lead certification courses.
