Foster Moore is a dedicated registry development company, a specialist developer of electronic registries purpose-built to meet the statutory and service needs of legislative and governmental agencies. We offer comprehensive end-to-end solutions that significantly enhance functionality and lower the total cost of ownership of dynamic registries. Since developing the worlds' first fully-electronic, online register in 1996 we have designed and built over thirty different types of register, from relatively simple registers of motor vehicle traders to highly complex radio spectrum management registers. Regardless of their sophistication, each register incorporates best-practice design and process to effectively achieve legislative compliance, reduce costs and improve client services. Our roots are in New Zealand where we have developed and support all statutory registries for the Ministry of Economic Development, and share their pride in the country's recurrent position at the top of the World Bank's Doing Business Project. Catalyst The Registry Manager, our dedicated registry platform incorporates much of the know-how and learning accrued in the development of the New Zealand platform, including a library of pre-configured registry templates. We are constantly working to enhance and upgrade our products and services, exploring the latest software, internet and hardware technologies to offer new ways to harmonise legislative and registry design, deliver substantive service improvements, reduce implementation time, and simplify integration and interoperability. It is with these credentials that we are expanding our business in developed and developing countries, to employ our know-how and tools with other jurisdictions seeking best-practice in registry form and function.
