Four Star Mechanical is a specialty mechanical and service contractor working through out the state of Ohio and its surrounding tri-state area. We employ an average of over 30 personnel, working over 70,000 combined craft and service technician hours per year. We self perform process piping, sheet metal, refrigeration and HVAC installation, service and maintenance. Several accounts require 24 hour a day service. We have trained personnel available for all facets of the mechanical construction and maintenance business. We offer immediate response time during normal working hours and within one hour, as required, on off hours. Our size and diversity allows us to promptly staff your project needs. We have ongoing relationships at several large industrial commercial and institutional facilities to provide HVAC service and maintenance. These contracts include total maintenance, preventive maintenance and time and material service calls. Four Star Mechanical understands the value of properly designing and installing LEED motivated projects. Our engineering team has been involved in many energy studies and retrofits of mechanical and electrical building systems. They assists in working closely with the LEED facilitator for the project, before, during and after project design. LEED mandatory and credit items include pre and post construction indoor air quality, ventilation levels, refrigerant selections, system efficiencies and assistance in systems commissioning. These services have been provided both for new building construction and interior renovations. It is our policy to maintain an aggressive labor mix of higher and lower cost individuals to be more cost effective and utilize our craft and technician resources to their fullest potential. Safety is a primary focus for us. Should one of our people be injured, we are able to follow up to ensure that the individual has received proper care and then coordinates the individuals return to work. Worker's Compensation is aggressively monitored to assure proper care for any injured worker and timely return to active work status. In addition, Four Star Mechanical is thankful for the opportunity to provide another consecutive year of maintaining a 100% drug free work place.
