FOX RIVER BREWING

The Fox River Brewing Company was founded in December 1995 on the banks of the Fox River in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Privately owned and operated by three Wisconsin brothers, the brewery and restaurant was the fulfillment of a life-long dream. Having grown up in the restaurant business with their parents, the Supple Brothers were anxious to build something of their own. That dream has culminated in their original Fox River Brewing Company restaurant and brewery in Oshkosh and at the Fox River Mall in Appleton, their second location.
