Foxwood Realty Group is a full service Real Estate Brokerage with offices in Abilene and Dallas, with future expansion planned for the Lubbock market. The Company was started by Chris Barnett in 2001 and offers real estate services, development services, and investment services. The Company is a member of the Abilene Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Barnett received his masters in architecture from Texas Tech University in 1986 and has since practiced extensively in the disciplines of architecture, city planning, land development, and real estate. Mr. Barnett is joined by Martha Humphrey Guelker as a principal in the firm. "Martha brings a tremendous amount of experience to our firm with her Legal and Real Estate background. Being from the Big Country and having lived in both Dallas and Austin for the past 16 years, Martha is excited to return to Abilene and continue her real estate practice.
