FPI Hotels & Resorts

FPI Hotels & Resorts, part of FairPlay International is established in 2006 due to the dynamic expansion in the hospitality business. At the moment the FPI Hotels & Resorts portfolio consists of three business hotels and one apartment house in Sofia; two holiday villages - one by the Black Sea and one in the Pirin Mountains. In Sofia FPI Hotels & Resorts manages the business hotels Arena di Serdica (5 stars) and Crystal Palace (4 stars), which are a good example for the social engagement and company policy for the preservation of the cultural heritage of Bulgaria. The building of Crystal Palace hotel is an architecture monument, whereas the Arena di Serdica is unique for the archeological excavations, found during the building of the property - 1/6 part of the ancient amphitheater of ancient Serdika, dated ??? - ?V century. The amphitheater is incorporated, restored and displayed within the building. Therefore Arena di Serdica is the first hotel in Bulgaria, categorized as Residence Hotel. Here, for the first time the two services, offered by the chain are combined - hotel and apartment houses. The apartment house Bulgaria successfully imposes the combination of hotel services and home comfort in one product, which gains more popularity in Bulgaria. At the end of 2007 the newest member joined in - the Hill Hotel, situated at the highest point of Sofia. The hotel is typical business property, offering all the comfort the business traveler may need. Part of the FPI Hotels & Resorts collection are also the two holiday villages - Santa Marina - in Sozopol by the Black Sea and St. Ivan Rilski - in Bansko, Pirin Mountains. Santa Marina Resort was nominated with the prestigious prize Building of the Year 2006 in Holiday villages category. The newest project which is currently under development is Rila Lake Resort, Ski and Spa, located in the Rila Mountains, on the shore the Panichishte Lake. It will be built in the typical mountain architecture and will comprise of 8 villas with 308 apartments and a hotel part with 103 rooms and apartments, conference halls, SPA center with indoor pool, 2 restaurants, lobby and night bar, kindergarten and parking.
