Front Porch Properties

Front Porch Properties is a family business who has been working together renting and selling homes in Phoenix since 1968. The company was started by Gordon "Webster" Beck and eventually taken over by his son's Don and Bob. Fast forward to the present day, Bob is now our president and his wife, Debbie, and their son's, Greg and Jeff, work alongside him to provide the best service in the Phoenix rental market. Bob graduated with a degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University in 1977 and has been involved in Phoenix real estate ever since. Debbie attended Eastern Montana College and is in charge of all of our customer relations. Greg attended Northern Arizona University and has comes to Front Porch Properties with several years of management experience from the Scottsdale Gun Club. Jeff graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2004 with a degree in Journalism and is formerly a golf professional and caddie at several of the top golf courses in Arizona and Hawaii. Bob, Debbie, Greg, and Jeff work together to ensure all of our rental homes meet a certain level of class, cleanliness, and value as well as to create a warm atmosphere for all of our guests.
