His focus on forging and strengthening relationships is equally evident in the flourishing local arts community. Recently retired from his mayoral post, Paul Fraim continues his commitment to his legal practice and the vibrant Norfolk community as President and Chairman of the Slover Library Foundation. Paul Fraim founded Fraim &a; Fiorella, P.C. in 2003 with his law partner, Todd M. Fiorella.
