In theory, they might. But most corporate employees have never owned, operated, or worked in one of their locations. Reality is usually a lot different than theory. I am a first-time business owner with a background in finance, operations, human resources, etc. I don’t know anything about marketing. We didn’t either. We can help. My Franchisor only seems to care about the top line. We know the bottom line is the only one that counts. I am too old to learn all of this Social Media stuff. Don’t worry we weren’t born with a screen in our hands either. I am sick of paying approved vendors ridiculous fees to run my Facebook Ads. Yep us too. Why decided to learn all of this stuff ourselves. Don’t get us wrong, we love our franchisors and you should too. There is just a big difference between real-world experience and theory.
